Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HireVisible ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, trial users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
HireVisible is an AI recruiting visibility platform that helps recruiting and HR teams analyze and improve job descriptions, compare public job-posting information, and create recruiting content for open roles. The Service uses large language models to generate suggestions. All scores, rewrites, comparisons, and generated content are informational starting points and must be reviewed before use or publication.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are found to be fraudulent.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. The trial includes 3 generation cycles, 6 idea generations, and 1 JD Builder draft. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trial limits reset when you subscribe to a paid plan. We may modify trial terms at any time.
5. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD. By subscribing, you authorize HireVisible (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Early adopter pricing is locked in for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. No partial refunds are provided for unused time on annual plans unless required by applicable law.
We may change pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing subscribers via email.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@hirevisible.com within 30 days of the charge.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or illegal
- Create misleading job postings for roles that do not exist
- Submit resumes, applications, candidate profiles, protected characteristics, health information, or other sensitive candidate data
- Violate any applicable employment or advertising laws
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to train competing AI models
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Advertising Policies when publishing content to Facebook or Instagram
- Violate LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, or API Terms of Use when publishing content to LinkedIn
8. Third-Party Platforms
The Service generates content intended for publication on third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which you are solely responsible for complying with:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Advertising Policies
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, and API Terms of Use
- X (Twitter): X Terms of Service and Developer Policy
HireVisible does not guarantee that content generated by the Service will comply with third-party platform rules. You must review all generated content before publishing. HireVisible is not responsible for content rejected, removed, or penalized by any third-party platform.
The Service may use platform APIs to facilitate publishing. You authorize HireVisible to interact with third-party platforms on your behalf only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service. We do not store platform credentials beyond what is required for authentication and will not post content without your direction.
9. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models. HireVisible does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing.
Job descriptions and recruiting content are subject to employment and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction, including equal employment opportunity requirements and, where applicable, pay transparency laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with all laws that apply to your hiring practices. HireVisible is a writing tool and does not provide legal advice.
You must verify all factual statements, including salary ranges, benefits, qualifications, employer information, and legal disclosures. A score or suggestion from the Service is not legal advice and does not establish that a job description complies with employment, accessibility, pay-transparency, advertising, or privacy law.
Generated content may be similar to content produced for other users. We do not claim copyright over AI-generated outputs. You own the content you produce using the Service, subject to these Terms.
10. Employment Decisions and Compliance
The Service is not designed or intended to screen, rank, evaluate, recommend, or select candidates, and it does not make employment decisions. You may not use a visibility score, rewrite, comparison, or generated post as the sole basis for any hiring or other employment decision.
You are responsible for human review and for complying with all laws that apply to your organization and job postings, including anti-discrimination, accessibility, pay-transparency, recordkeeping, advertising, privacy, and any required notice, audit, or human-oversight obligations for automated employment tools.
HireVisible does not provide legal, human-resources, or compliance advice. Consult qualified counsel about requirements that apply to your organization, industry, and locations.
11. Intellectual Property
HireVisible retains all rights to the Service, including its design, software, prompts, and underlying models. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of HireVisible intellectual property to you.
You grant HireVisible a limited license to process your inputs (company names, job titles, industry information) solely to provide the Service. We do not use your inputs to train our AI models.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HIREVISIBLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SEARCH OR JOB-BOARD RANKING, SOCIAL-MEDIA DISTRIBUTION, APPLICANT VOLUME OR QUALITY, HIRING OUTCOMES, TIME SAVINGS, RETURN ON INVESTMENT, OR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR THIRD-PARTY POLICY. ANALYTICS AND VALUE ESTIMATES ARE INFORMATIONAL ESTIMATES BASED ON PRODUCT ACTIVITY AND USER-PROVIDED ASSUMPTIONS, NOT MEASUREMENTS OF HIRING RESULTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREVISIBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
